Charming hotel in Dinan
The Hotel of Suspended Time

In the heart of the picturesque medieval city of Dinan, the Hôtel d’Avaugour takes its name from a great Breton lineage, the d’Avaugours, who profoundly marked the history of the city in the 13th century.
Nestled against the ramparts, on the Place du Champ Clos, the building that houses the hotel is certainly not the original medieval manor house of the d’Avaugours but an elegant stone house that became a hotel restaurant in 1970. Today, the restaurant no longer exists, but the historic residence continues to offer a unique and authentic setting for your leisure stays or business stays in the heart of Dinan. The ideal setting for a romantic weekend in the Côtes d’Armor or a relaxing getaway in medieval Brittany.
In the peace and quiet of a pretty flower garden, sheltered from view, you will be welcomed as if you were at home, pampered by attentive hosts who offer you the comfort of 21 rooms and 3 suites as well as the conviviality of a bar / tea room in a privileged location just a stone's throw from the cobbled streets, artisan shops and emblematic monuments of Dinan.
